We currently deliver products to all major cities, districts, and selected remote areas across Bangladesh through our authorized courier partners.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 Business Days
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 Business Days
Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days
Delivery times may vary during public holidays, natural disasters, political disruptions, or high-order-volume periods.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation.
Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next business day.
MegaShopLtd reserves the right to verify orders before shipment.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may vary depending on:

Product weight and dimensions
Promotional offers
The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available in most serviceable areas.
For security and fraud prevention purposes:
Customers may receive a confirmation call before shipment.
MegaShopLtd reserves the right to refuse COD service for certain locations or orders.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery up to two times.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, or refusal to receive the parcel, the order may be cancelled and returned.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate name, phone number, and delivery address.
Being available to receive the parcel.
Inspecting the package before accepting delivery.
